This will allow you to combine multiple-OVERLAPING images into one panoramic image.  The key aspect is that each image overlaps the next.  Above you will see some cyan guidelines.  This represents the three images  The red, green and yellow dashed lines show how each image needs to slightly overlap the each other.  This is how Photoshop or Photo Merge know where to mask each image together.  If you do not do this the application will not work. I have found that three images work well, but if you try to do too many images the program gets confused.
