ORANGE POPPIES FOR COLOR PROJECT

The objective of the Color Project is to precisely to adjust the values and color of two photographs. The pivotal step in this process is ensuring proper White Balance in your photo using Adobe Camera Raw. It is recommended that for every RAW photograph you capture, you always white balance the image. It is easier and more accurate in Adobe Camera Raw than Adobe Photoshop.

Employ Adobe Camera Raw for fundamental global adjustments and selective modifications. Utilize Photoshop’s curves or levels layer adjustments to enhance the look of your image. Fine-tune the color using Hue/Saturation or Selective Color for further refinement.

Selective Adjustments

The essential element for toning or editing lies in making selective adjustments, both in Adobe Camera Raw and Adobe Photoshop. The majority of adjustments for image correction often involve these selective modifications. It is advisable to perform most global adjustments in ACR, while selective adjustments can be executed in both locations. For instance, adjustments related to lightness can be handled in Adobe Camera Raw, while color adjustments like Hue/Saturation can be effectively accomplished in Photoshop for the color project. Photoshop allow more control over most aspects of editing an image.
